On September 21, 2012, Bao’an District held a bio-industry briefing. There were 84 participating companies, including 45 bio-industry companies, 3 bio-science research institutes and R&D teams, 18 financial institutions, district-owned state-owned enterprises, and sub-districts. There are 6 enterprises and 12 community joint-stock cooperative companies. The conference established an industrial space capital policy docking platform in the form of experts analyzing industry development trends, industry enterprises proposing their own needs, financial institutions introducing financial support and services, and government departments explaining key regional planning and development.

Bright Chuangbo's related products were affirmed by the city leaders at the meeting and received the focus of many financial institutions.
